King Crab Fettuccine Recipe

This recipe is creamy and delicious this is a very simple dish to prepare. If you like you can prepare your noodles the day before. You can use fresh, frozen, or canned king crab for this recipe. If you need a healthier recipe for this fettuccine, you can use fat-free half-and-half and a heart healthy spread instead of butter. Let me know how much you enjoy this king crab fettuccine recipe. 6-8 ounce Alaska King crab meat,  fresh or thawed

one clove garlic,  minced

1/2 cup  butter or margarine

1/2 cup  graded Parmesian cheese

1/2 teaspoon pepper

12 ounces fettuccine noodles,  cooked and drained


1 tablespoon chopped parsley


1.  Drain and slice crab.

2.  Sauté garlic in butter.  Blend and crab,  cream cheese,  and pepper,  cook and stir until thoroughly heated.

3.  Add to hot fettuccine; toss lightly.

4.   Salt to taste.

5. Garnish with parsley.

  Servings: 6

 Prep Time: About 10 minutes

 Cook Time – Noodles:  7 – 10 minutes

 Total Cook Time:  About 25 minutes
